In consideration of the specified amount, both the homeowner and IDEALIN AIR LLC mutually acknowledge the terms outlined in this planned Heating and Air Conditioning Service Agreement, entitling the homeowner to the following benefits:

This agreement aims to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance and priority service to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the homeowner’s heating and air conditioning systems.

Check Thermostat Calibration
Monitor Refrigerant Pressure
Test AC Starting Capabilities
Test Air Conditioner Safety Controls
Clean Electronic and/or washable filters
Clean & Adjust Blower Components
Tighten Electrical Connections
Measure Volts
Measure Amps
Check Capacitors
Lubricate All Moving Parts
Clean Condensate Drain
Check Temperature Difference Between Supply Air Return Air

By signing this Agreement, you accept all terms herein. Your subscription will auto-renew annually unless canceled at least 10 days before the renewal date. The first renewal occurs one year after the initial subscription and will continue yearly unless canceled. IDEAL IN AIR will attempt to schedule your appointments (Spring/Fall), but it is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure scheduling; missed appointments are non-refundable. Credit card information is securely stored via Stripe, our payment service provider.
